1. Warranty Coverage
- All accounts provided are covered by a warranty valid until the final day of the subscription period.
- Warranty applies only if the account is used in accordance with the guidelines outlined in these Terms of Service.
2. Account Authenticity
- Every account is sourced legitimately and is not cracked, stolen, or obtained through unauthorized means.
- Accounts remain the property of their original provider. Customers are granted access for the subscription duration only.
3. Account Modifications
- Any attempt to change the account password, email, or linked details will immediately void the warranty.
- Accounts locked or disabled due to unauthorized modifications are not eligible for replacement or refund.
4. Delivery Time
- Orders are typically fulfilled within 5 minutes to 12 hours.
- In rare cases, delivery may take longer. While the chance of exceeding 12 hours is very low, the maximum delivery time is 48 hours. Should such a delay occur, you will be notified.
- Please note: the majority of our products are instant delivery.
5. Warranty Limitations
- The warranty remains valid only until the subscription’s expiration date.
- Warranty coverage does not extend beyond this period, regardless of subscription length.
- Example: A 6-month plan is guaranteed until the last day of the 6-month subscription — no extra days will be added.
- For subscriptions of 3 months or longer, there is a small chance the service may end 2–3 days earlier than the advertised plan. In such cases:
- No refund or replacement will be offered.
- Instead, customers will receive a suitable discount coupon as compensation for future purchases.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must use accounts in compliance with the original provider’s terms of service.
- Misuse, abuse, or violation of third-party policies may result in account termination, which is not covered under warranty.
7. Refund & Replacement Policy
- Replacements are provided when issues arise within the warranty period, subject to investigation and confirmation.
- Refunds are issued only if a valid warranty claim cannot be resolved with a replacement.
